Nominations are open until Friday May 17th 2019 for any member who wishes to stand for the Board. Nomination forms can be obtained from the Bar or through email. They need to be returned by 17th May. (30 days before Annual General meeting).
We currently need a quorum of 30 members for both the Special GM and AGM to go ahead. Part of the Special GM is to reduce the quorum to 15 to ensure that these types of meetings can go ahead with a reduced membership number.
Our new constitution will be discussed at the Special GM. The changes from the 2013 version are not widespread, but will align our constitution with the changes made by SLSA since our last constitution review in 2013.
