Our Strategic Plan was developed with the support of our members and board from June to August 2024. It aligns with the SLSA and SLST Vision and Strategic Plans and provides us with clear and actionable objectives and targets over the next 5 years.
As members, every idea you have and every decision we make should align with one or more of the strategic priorities in this plan. The Board reviews and monitors progress against the targets regularly, and will adjust priorities and resources as required to keep us on track to achieving them.
