LIFE SAVING DEVELOPMENT CAMP - a fantastic opportunity

The Lifesaving Development Camp is hosted at Ulverstone SLSC from the 2nd-7th of January.  Aimed at the 16-20 age bracket, this course is a live-in camp, where candidates participate in integrated training in the awards of Senior First Aid, ARTC, Spinal Management and IRB crew or Driver, in addition to learning valuable skills in leadership and communication.

Through realistic scenario-based learning, this camp gives an exciting, different style and greater depth of learning and understanding of the awards trained, and can lead on to many opportunities,  both between and beyond the flags, in the future.

This camp is highly recommended for all our members in that age group.

More details can be found on the SLST website.
